1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Glitchify's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Glitchify provides lead generation services, online advertising promotion, and social network integration tools to help businesses identify, qualify, and convert potential customers. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to deliver qualified leads to our clients.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to provide information about yourself and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our services operate on a pay-per-qualified-lead model. You will be charged only for leads that respond to your outreach within the specified timeframe. Payment terms are as follows:

• Starter Plan: $30 per replied lead
• Professional Plan: $65 per replied lead
• Enterprise Plan: $100 per replied lead

All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our leads. If you are not satisfied with the quality of leads provided within the first 30 days of service, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to spam or send unsolicited communications

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Glitchify and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Glitchify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
